How fast is setup?
Once payment confirms, we typically have you running within 24 to 72 hours depending on your plan and device. You get a real timeline on WhatsApp before you pay.
Will this slow my internet?
Any secure connection adds a tiny bit of overhead, but we optimize your route during setup. Most clients work, stream and hold video calls without noticing a difference.
Can I use it on my phone and laptop?
Basic covers 1 device, Pro covers up to 3, Agency is unlimited. We configure each device properly during setup.
What happens if my account gets flagged anyway?
Message us immediately on WhatsApp. Because your address is dedicated, flags are rare and usually fixable — and unlike the cheap apps, there's an actual team on your side.
Can I cancel?
Yes — every month is a one-time payment. You can stop at any time. We'll remind you before the next billing cycle so you can decide.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer first, Paystack second — both shown at checkout. We'll never ask for your PIN or OTP.
Do you offer a free trial?
No. Free trials attract abuse that ruins the quality paying clients depend on. What we offer instead is the setup guarantee — if we can't configure you properly, the setup fee comes back.
Is my data safe with you?
We configure your system and maintain your access. We don't read your traffic, we don't store your account passwords, and we will never ask for your bank OTP or PIN. Anyone who asks for those is not us.
